胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养支持的临床效果分析
摘 要
胰腺炎是临床常见的急腹症，其病情复杂且并发症多，早期营养支持对改善患者预后至关重要。本研究旨在探讨胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养支持的临床效果。选取某院收治的120例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规治疗及肠外营养支持，观察组在常规治疗基础上实施早期肠内营养支持。结果发现，观察组患者肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组，感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。早期肠内营养支持可保护肠黏膜屏障功能，减少细菌移位，降低感染风险，这可能是其取得较好疗效的原因之一。

Abstract
Pancreatitis is a common clinical acute abdomen with a complex disease and many complications, and early nutritional support is crucial to improve patient prognosis. This study aims to investigate the clinical effect of early enteral nutritional support in patients with pancreatitis. A total of 120 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to a hospital were selected as research subjects, and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table. The control group received conventional treatment and parenteral nutrition support, and the observation group provided early enteral nutrition support on the basis of conventional treatment. The results found that the intestinal function recovery time and hospital stay time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of infection was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Neither group had any serious adverse effects during the treatment period. Early enteral nutrition support can protect the intestinal mucosal barrier function, reduce bacterial displacement, and reduce the risk of infection, which may be one of the reasons for its better efficacy.
