摘 要
随着云技术的快速发展,云存储已成为数据备份与恢复的重要解决方案。本研究旨在深入分析基于云存储的数据备份与恢复机制,以提高数据的安全性和可靠性。通过综合运用文献分析、实证研究和模拟实验等方法,本文详细探讨了云存储技术在数据备份与恢复中的应用及其优势。研究结果显示,云存储不仅能够提供弹性的存储空间,还能实现数据的远程备份和快速恢复,显著降低数据丢失的风险。本研究创新性地提出了一种基于云存储的高效数据备份与恢复模型,并通过实验验证了该模型在数据保护方面的有效性。此外,本研究还对比了传统备份方式与云存储备份方式的性能差异,进一步证明了云存储在数据备份与恢复方面的优越性。

Abstract
With the rapid development of cloud technology, cloud storage has become an important solution for data backup and recovery. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of data backup and recovery mechanisms based on cloud storage to improve data security and reliability. Through the combination of literature analysis, empirical research and simulation experiment, this paper discusses the application and advantages of cloud storage technology in data backup and recovery in detail. The research results show that cloud storage can not only provide elastic storage space, but also realize the remote backup and rapid recovery of data, significantly reducing the risk of data loss. This study innovatively proposed an efficient data backup and recovery model based on cloud storage, and verified the effectiveness of this model in data protection through experiments. In addition, this study also compares the performance differences between the traditional backup mode and the cloud storage backup mode, which further proves the superiority of cloud storage in data backup and recovery.
