化工生产中的废气处理技术与应用
摘 要
本研究针对化工生产中废气处理技术的现状与挑战,旨在探索更高效、环保的废气处理方法。通过综合运用文献综述、实验研究及案例分析等多种方法,对当前主流的废气处理技术进行了深入剖析,并创新性地提出了一种新型的废气净化工艺。该工艺结合了吸附法与催化氧化法,旨在提高废气中有害物质的去除效率,并降低二次污染的风险。实验结果显示,新型工艺在去除VOCs(挥发性有机物)方面表现出显著优势,去除率高达95%以上,且运行稳定、能耗低。此外,本研究还详细讨论了废气处理技术的实际应用情况,包括在不同化工生产环节中的适配性、经济性以及环境效益。

Abstract
This study aims at the current situation and challenges of waste gas treatment technology in chemical production, and aims to explore more efficient and environmentally friendly waste gas treatment methods. Through the comprehensive use of literature review, experimental research and case analysis and other methods, the current mainstream waste gas treatment technology is deeply analyzed, and a new type of waste gas purification process is put forward innovatively. The process combines the adsorption method and the catalytic oxidation method, aiming to improve the removal efficiency of harmful substances in the exhaust gas, and reduce the risk of secondary pollution. The experimental results show that the new process shows significant advantages in the removal of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), with a removal rate of more than 95%, and stable operation and low energy consumption. In addition, this study also discusses the practical application of waste gas treatment technology in detail, including the adaptability, economy and environmental benefits in different chemical production links.
