Abstract 
This study proposes a green process development scheme targeting the environmental and resource consumption issues in the synthesis of fine chemicals. Through deep analysis and improvement of traditional synthesis methods, we aim to reduce energy consumption and waste emissions during production, enhance synthetic efficiency, and achieve sustainable development. In our research approach, we integrated theoretical calculations with experimental investigations, optimizing reaction conditions, selecting environmentally friendly solvents and catalysts, and exercising precise control over the reaction process. Experimental results demonstrate that adopting this green process significantly reduces environmental pollution while improving product purity and yield. Furthermore, this process exhibits good universality and scalability, providing strong support for the green synthesis of fine chemicals. The main innovation of this study lies in the successful application of green chemistry concepts to the synthesis of fine chemicals. Through process optimization and innovation, we have achieved a dual enhancement of economic and environmental benefits. This research outcome is significant for promoting the green development of the fine chemicals industry, laying a solid foundation for future industrial applications.
