摘 要
本研究针对财务报表舞弊现象，深入探讨了其识别方法与防范机制。在资本市场日益复杂的背景下，财务报表舞弊严重损害了投资者利益与市场公信力，因此，构建有效的识别与防范体系显得尤为重要。本研究首先分析了财务报表舞弊的成因与手段，通过梳理相关文献与案例，揭示了舞弊行为的典型特征与潜在规律。进而，采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法，构建了一套包含多项指标的财务报表舞弊识别模型，并对模型的有效性进行了实证检验。研究结果显示，该模型在识别财务报表舞弊方面具有较高的准确性与实用性。此外，本研究还从监管制度、内部控制、外部审计等多个层面出发，提出了一套综合性的防范机制建议，以期为企业、监管机构及投资者提供有益的参考。

Abstract
According to the problem, the identification method and prevention mechanism. Under the background of the increasingly complex capital market, the fraud in financial statements has seriously damaged the interests of investors and the market credibility. Therefore, it is particularly important to build an effective identification and prevention system. This study first analyzes the causes and means of fraud in financial statements, and reveals the typical characteristics and potential laws of fraud by sorting out relevant documents and cases. Furthermore, the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is adopted, and a set of fraud identification model of financial statements containing multiple indicators is constructed, and the effectiveness of the model is empirically tested. The results show that the model has high accuracy and practicability in identifying fraud in financial statements. In addition, this study also puts forward a set of comprehensive prevention mechanism suggestions from the regulatory system, internal control, external audit and other aspects, in order to provide useful reference for enterprises, regulatory agencies and investors.

Abstract
