摘 要
本研究旨在探讨绿色债券发行对企业财务结构的影响。随着全球气候变化问题日益严峻，绿色金融成为推动可持续发展的重要手段。绿色债券作为绿色金融的一种创新工具，不仅为环保项目融资提供了新的渠道，而且可能对企业的财务结构产生深远影响。本研究采用定量分析与案例研究相结合的方法，分析了多家发行绿色债券的企业的财务数据。研究结果显示，绿色债券的发行有助于优化企业的财务结构，降低财务风险，并提高企业的融资效率。此外，本研究还发现，绿色债券的发行能够增强企业的社会责任感，提升企业形象，进而对企业的长期发展产生积极影响。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of green bond issuance on corporate financial structure. As the global climate change problem becomes increasingly serious, green finance has become an important means to promote sustainable development. As an innovative tool of green finance, green bonds not only provide a new channel for the financing of environmental protection projects, but also may have a profound impact on the financial structure of enterprises. This study combines quantitative analysis and case study to analyze the financial data of many enterprises issuing green bonds. The research results show that the issuance of green bonds can help to optimize the financial structure of enterprises, reduce financial risks, and improve the financing efficiency of enterprises. In addition, this study also found that the issuance of green bonds can enhance the corporate social responsibility, enhance the corporate image, and thus have a positive impact on the long-term development of enterprises.
