摘 要
本研究旨在探讨财务治理结构对企业财务绩效的影响。在当前经济环境下，企业财务治理结构作为企业内部管理的重要组成部分，其优化与调整对于提升企业绩效具有显著意义。本研究采用定量分析与案例研究相结合的方法，通过对多家上市公司的财务数据及治理结构进行深入分析，揭示了财务治理结构与财务绩效之间的内在联系。研究发现，合理的财务治理结构能够有效提升企业财务绩效，其中股权结构、董事会构成及高管激励机制是影响绩效的关键因素。创新点在于，本研究不仅关注了财务治理结构的直接效应，还进一步探讨了其通过影响企业决策、风险管理及资源配置等方面，间接作用于企业财务绩效的机制。

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of financial governance structure on corporate financial performance. In the current economic environment, as an important part of enterprise internal management, the optimization and adjustment of enterprise financial governance structure is of significant significance for the improvement of enterprise performance. This study adopts the combination of quantitative analysis and case study, and reveals the internal connection between financial governance structure and financial performance through in-depth analysis of the financial data and governance structure of many listed companies. It is found that a reasonable financial governance structure can effectively improve the financial performance of enterprises, among which the shareholding structure, the board of directors and the executive incentive mechanism are the key factors affecting the performance. The innovation point lies in that this study not only focuses on the direct effect of the financial governance structure, but also further explores the mechanism that indirectly affects the financial performance of enterprises by influencing their decision-making, risk management and resource allocation.
