摘 要
本研究旨在探讨视觉恢复训练在眼睛康复过程中的重要作用。通过采用先进的视觉训练方法，我们对一组视觉功能受损的患者进行了为期三个月的康复训练。研究过程中，我们结合多种视觉刺激和认知任务，旨在提高患者的视觉敏锐度、对比敏感度和视觉跟踪能力。结果显示，参与训练的患者在视觉功能上有显著提升，其视力水平、视野范围以及对移动物体的追踪能力均得到明显改善。本研究不仅证实了视觉恢复训练的有效性，还揭示了训练对患者生活质量的积极影响。创新点在于我们综合运用了多种训练方法，并量化了训练效果。本研究的主要贡献是为眼睛康复提供了一种科学有效的训练方法，为临床实践提供了新的思路。

ABSTRACT
This study aims to investigate the important role of visual restoration training in the eye rehabilitation process. By employing advanced visual training methods, we trained a group of patients with impaired visual function for three months. During the study, we combined multiple visual stimuli and cognitive tasks, aiming to improve patient visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, and visual tracking ability. The results showed that the patients participating in the training showed a significant improvement in visual function, including their vision level, field of vision, and their ability to track moving ob jects. This study not only confirmed the effectiveness of visual recovery training, but also revealed the positive impact of training on patients' quality of life. The innovation point lies in that we comprehensively use a variety of training methods, and quantify the training effect. The main contribution of this study is to provide a scientific and effective training method for eye rehabilitation and provide new ideas for clinical practice.
