摘 要
本研究旨在深入探讨口腔环境中生物膜的形成机制，并提出有效的防控策略。通过采用先进的显微成像技术和分子生物学方法，我们详细分析了生物膜在口腔表面的附着过程、微生物群落的动态变化及其与宿主间的相互作用。研究结果显示，口腔生物膜的形成受多种因素影响，包括唾液成分、口腔pH值、微生物间的协同与竞争关系等。在此基础上，我们创新性地提出了一套综合性的防控策略，包括优化口腔卫生习惯、应用新型抗菌材料和开发靶向生物膜的药物。这些策略在实验室及临床试验中均表现出显著效果，有望为口腔健康领域带来新的突破，降低口腔疾病的发生率。

ABSTRACT
This study aims to deeply explore the mechanism of biofilm formation in the oral environment and propose effective prevention and control strategies. By employing advanced microscopic imaging techniques and molecular biology methods, we present a detailed analysis of the attachment process of biofilms on the oral surface, the dynamic changes of the microbial community and their interactions with the host. The results showed that the formation of oral biofilm is influenced by many factors, including salivary composition, oral pH value, and the synergistic and competitive relationship between microorganisms. Based on this, we innovatively proposed a comprehensive set of comprehensive prevention and control strategies, including optimization of oral hygiene practices, application of novel antimicrobial materials and development of drugs targeting biofilms. These strategies have shown significant results in both laboratory and clinical trials, and are expected to bring new breakthroughs in the field of oral health and reduce the incidence of oral diseases.
