摘 要
本研究旨在分析债务重组后企业融资渠道与成本的变化。在复杂多变的经济环境下，债务重组成为许多企业优化财务结构、改善经营状况的重要手段。本研究采用定量分析与案例研究相结合的方法，对比了债务重组前后企业的融资渠道选择及融资成本变动情况。结果显示，债务重组后，企业的融资渠道呈现出多元化的趋势，股权融资、债券发行等直接融资方式比重有所增加，银行贷款等间接融资方式相对减少。同时，融资成本整体呈现下降趋势，这得益于企业信用评级的提升和融资结构的优化。本研究创新性地结合了宏观经济环境和微观企业财务数据，深入剖析了债务重组对企业融资行为的深远影响。

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the changes of financing channels and costs of enterprises after debt restructuring. In the complex and changeable economic environment, debt restructuring has become an important means for many enterprises to optimize their financial structure and improve their operating conditions. This study uses the combination of quantitative analysis and case study to compare the selection of financing channels and financing cost changes of enterprises before and after debt restructuring. The results show that after the debt restructuring, the financing channels of enterprises show a trend of diversification, the proportion of direct financing methods such as equity financing and bond issuance increases, and the indirect financing methods such as bank loans are relatively reduced. At the same time, the overall financing cost shows a downward trend, which is due to the improvement of enterprise credit rating and the optimization of financing structure. This study innovatively combines the macroeconomic environment and the micro-enterprise financial data, and deeply analyzes the far-reaching impact of debt restructuring on enterprise financing behavior.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the changes of financing channels and costs of enterprises after debt restructuring.
