摘 要
本研究旨在深入探讨股权制衡机制在企业治理中的重要作用。随着现代企业制度的不断完善，股权制衡作为一种重要的公司治理机制，日益受到学术界和实践界的关注。本研究通过梳理相关文献，结合实证研究方法，对股权制衡机制进行了全面的分析。研究采用定量分析与定性访谈相结合的方式，收集并分析了多家上市公司的数据，深入剖析了股权制衡对企业绩效、决策效率以及股东权益保护等方面的影响。结果表明，适度的股权制衡能够显著提升企业治理效率，减少大股东对小股东的利益侵害，同时也有助于提高企业的市场价值和经营绩效。本研究不仅丰富了股权制衡机制的理论体系，还为企业实践提供了有益的参考。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the important role of equity balance mechanism in corporate governance. With the continuous improvement of the modern enterprise system, equity checks and balances, as an important corporate governance mechanism, have increasingly attracted the attention of the academic and practical circles. This study makes a comprehensive analysis of the equity balance mechanism by combing relevant literature and combining with empirical research methods. Combining quantitative analysis with qualitative interview, the study collected and analyzed the data of many listed companies, and deeply analyzed the impact of equity checks and balances on enterprise performance, decision-making efficiency and protection of shareholders' rights and interests. The results show that moderate equity checks and balances can significantly improve the efficiency of corporate governance, reduce the interest infringement of major shareholders on minority shareholders, and also help to improve the market value and business performance of enterprises. This study not only enriches the theoretical system of equity checks and balances mechanism, but also provides a useful reference for enterprise practice.
