摘 要
本研究针对生态城市构建中的环境规划与管理实践进行了深入探讨。随着全球城市化进程的加速，生态环境问题日益凸显，生态城市的构建成为可持续发展的重要途径。本研究旨在通过科学的环境规划与管理，推动生态城市的健康发展。研究方法上，我们综合运用了文献分析、案例研究和实地考察等多种手段，对国内外生态城市建设的成功案例进行了深入分析。研究结果显示，环境规划在生态城市构建中发挥着核心作用，其科学性和前瞻性对城市的生态环境质量具有决定性影响。同时，有效的环境管理能够确保规划的实施效果，提升城市的生态宜居性。本研究的创新点在于提出了一套系统的环境规划与管理框架，为生态城市建设提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
This study deeply discusses the environmental planning and management practice in the construction of ecological city. With the acceleration of the global urbanization process, the ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, and the construction of the ecological city has become an important way of sustainable development. This study aims to promote the healthy development of eco-cities through scientific environmental planning and management. In terms of research methods, we have comprehensively used literature analysis, case study and field investigation to conduct an in-depth analysis of the successful cases of ecological city construction at home and abroad. The research results show that environmental planning plays a core role in the construction of an eco-city, and its scientific and forward-looking nature will have a decisive impact on the quality of the ecological environment of cities. At the same time, effective environmental management can ensure the implementation effect of the planning and improve the ecological livability of the city. The innovation of this study lies in proposing a systematic environmental planning and management fr amework, which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for eco-city construction.
