摘 要
本研究旨在探讨气候变化对城市水资源管理的影响，并提出相应的应对策略。通过收集和分析多年气象数据，结合城市水资源管理现状，深入剖析了气候变化对城市水循环、供水安全及水生态环境的多方面影响。研究结果显示，气候变化导致极端天气事件频发，进而对城市水资源造成显著压力。为应对这一挑战，本研究创新性地提出了一套综合性的水资源管理对策，包括建立气候响应型水资源管理机制、优化城市水资源配置、推广节水技术和提高雨水利用效率等。这些对策不仅有助于缓解气候变化带来的水资源压力，还能提升城市的生态韧性和可持续发展能力。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of climate change on urban water resources management and propose corresponding coping strategies. By collecting and analyzing meteorological data for many years, combined with the current situation of urban water resources management, the various effects of climate change on urban water circulation, water supply security and water ecological environment are deeply analyzed. The results show that climate change leads to frequent extreme weather events, which in turn puts significant pressure on urban water resources. To meet this challenge, this study innovatively proposed a set of comprehensive water resources management countermeasures, including establishing climate-responsive water resources management mechanism, optimizing the allocation of urban water resources, promoting water-saving technology and improving the rainwater utilization efficiency. These countermeasures will not only help to alleviate the water pressure caused by climate change, but also to improve the ecological resilience and sustainable development capacity of cities.
