摘 要
本研究针对当前城市垃圾分类与资源回收体系面临的挑战,旨在通过系统分析和案例研究,提出优化方案以促进垃圾减量化、资源化与无害化。采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,深入探讨了垃圾分类的现状、问题及成因,并对资源回收体系的效率与可持续性进行了评估。研究结果显示,当前垃圾分类存在居民参与度不高、分类准确率低下等问题,而资源回收体系则面临回收渠道不畅、再生资源利用率不高等困境。基于此,本研究创新性地提出了垃圾分类与资源回收协同优化的策略,包括完善分类收运体系、强化政策引导与激励机制、提升公众环保意识与参与度等。这些策略的实施,不仅有助于提高垃圾分类的准确率和覆盖率,还能促进资源回收体系的高效运转,从而实现城市垃圾管理的可持续发展。

Abstract
In view of the challenges faced by the current municipal waste classification and resource recovery system, this study aims to propose an optimization scheme to promote waste reduction, recycling and harmless through systematic analysis and case study. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods to discuss the current situation, problems and causes of garbage classification, and evaluate the efficiency and sustainability of resource recovery system. The research results show that there are some problems in garbage classification, such as low participation of residents and low classification accuracy, while the resource recovery system is faced with the difficulties of poor recycling channels and low utilization rate of renewable resources. Based on this, this research innovatively puts forward the strategy of collaborative optimization of garbage classification and resource recovery, including improving the classification, collection and transportation system, strengthening the policy guidance and incentive mechanism, and enhancing the public awareness and participation of environmental protection, etc. The implementation of these strategies can not only help to improve the accuracy and coverage rate of garbage classification, but also promote the efficient operation of the resource recovery system, so as to realize the sustainable development of urban waste management.
