摘 要
本研究针对海洋塑料垃圾污染这一全球性问题，深入探讨了其现状、影响及有效的防治对策。通过实地考察、数据收集与文献综述，我们发现海洋塑料垃圾主要来源于陆地排放、船舶运输及海洋活动。这些塑料垃圾对海洋生物多样性和生态系统造成了严重破坏，同时也威胁着人类健康。为此，我们提出了一系列创新的防治对策，包括加强塑料垃圾源头控制，推广生物降解塑料的使用，提高回收利用率，以及强化国际合作等。本研究不仅揭示了海洋塑料垃圾污染的严峻性，更从政策和技术层面提出了切实可行的解决方案。

Abstract
This research discusses the global problem of Marine plastic waste pollution and effective countermeasures. Through field trips, data collection and literature review, we found that Marine plastic waste mainly comes from land discharge, ship transportation and Marine activities. The plastic waste causes serious damage to Marine biodiversity and ecosystems, while also threatening human health. To this end, we propose a series of innovative prevention and control countermeasures, including strengthening the source control of plastic waste, promoting the use of biodegradable plastics, improving the recycling rate, and strengthening international cooperation. This study not only reveals the severity of Marine plastic waste pollution, but also puts forward practical solutions from the policy and technical aspects.

Abstract
