摘 要
本研究旨在探讨周期性训练计划对运动员体能恢复的影响。在现代竞技体育中,运动员的体能恢复是提升竞技表现的关键因素之一。周期性训练计划作为一种科学的训练方法,通过合理安排训练和休息时间,以期达到最佳体能状态。本研究采用实验法,选取两组运动员进行对比分析,其中实验组接受周期性训练计划,而对照组则维持常规训练。通过监测运动员的生理指标、运动表现及心理状况,综合评估周期性训练计划的实际效果。研究结果显示,实验组运动员在体能恢复方面表现出显著优势,其恢复速度更快,体能状态更佳。此外,实验组运动员在心理状况上也表现出更积极的态势。本研究创新性地结合了生理、心理及运动表现等多维度指标,全面评估了周期性训练计划的影响。

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effect of periodic training programs on physical recovery in athletes. In modern competitive sports, the physical recovery of athletes is one of the key factors to improve their competitive performance. As a scientific training method, the periodic training plan is expected to achieve the best physical condition through the reasonable arrangement of the training and rest time. In this study, the experimental method was used, and two groups of athletes were selected for comparative analysis, where the experimental group received a periodic training program, while the control group maintained the regular training. By monitoring the physical indicators, sports performance and psychological status of the athletes, the actual effects of the periodic training programs were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the athletes in the experimental group showed significant advantages in physical recovery, with faster recovery speed and better physical performance. In addition, the experimental group of athletes also showed a more positive trend in their psychological status. This study innovatively combines multi-dimensional indicators of physical, psychological, and motor performance to comprehensively assess the impact of periodic training programs.
