摘 要
本研究针对软件项目风险评估及管理方法进行了深入探讨。随着信息技术的迅猛发展,软件项目的复杂性和风险性日益增加,有效的风险评估与管理显得至关重要。本研究旨在通过综合分析现有风险评估模型,提出一种更为全面、系统的风险评估方法,并探讨相应的管理策略。研究方法上,我们结合了定量分析与定性评估,通过德尔菲法、故障树分析和模糊综合评价等多种手段,对软件项目的风险进行了全面剖析。研究结果显示,该方法能够更准确地识别项目中的潜在风险,为项目管理团队提供有力的决策支持。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了一种多维度、动态的风险评估体系,不仅提高了风险评估的准确性,还为风险管理提供了更为精细化的操作指南。通过实证研究,验证了该方法在降低软件项目风险、提升项目成功率方面的有效性,为软件项目的顺利实施提供了重要保障。这一创新性的风险评估及管理方法,对于提升软件项目的整体管理水平和质量具有显著意义。

Abstract
In this paper, the risk assessment and management methods of software projects are discussed in depth. With the rapid development of information technology, the complexity and risk of software projects are increasing day by day. Effective risk assessment and management is very important. The purpose of this study is to propose a more comprehensive and systematic risk assessment method through comprehensive analysis of the existing risk assessment models, and explore the corresponding management strategies. In terms of research methods, we combine quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation, and comprehensively analyze the risk of software projects through Delphi method, fault tree analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The results show that this method can identify the potential risks in the project more accurately and provide strong decision support for the project management team. The main contribution of this study is to propose a multi-dimensional and dynamic risk assessment system, which not only improves the accuracy of risk assessment, but also provides more refined operational guidelines for risk management. Through the empirical study, the effectiveness of this method in reducing the risk of software projects and improving the success rate of projects is verified, which provides an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of software projects. This innovative risk assessment and management method has significant significance for improving the overall management level and quality of software projects.
