摘 要
在数字化转型的大背景下,企业组织结构优化成为提升竞争力的关键环节。本研究旨在探讨数字化转型如何影响企业组织结构,并提出相应的优化策略。采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,通过深入访谈、问卷调查及数据分析,对多家正在进行数字化转型的企业进行了综合考察。研究发现,数字化转型对企业组织结构产生了深远影响,传统层级式组织结构已难以适应快速变化的市场需求和技术发展。因此,本研究提出了一种基于数字化转型的组织结构优化模型,该模型强调跨部门协作、信息共享和快速响应市场变化的能力。通过实施扁平化管理、建立项目制团队、引入敏捷开发流程等措施,可以显著提升企业的创新能力和市场适应性。

Abstract
In the context of digital transformation, the optimization of enterprise organizational structure has become a key link to enhance competitiveness. This study aims to explore how digital transformation affects the organizational structure and propose corresponding optimization strategies. Using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, through in-depth interviews, questionnaire survey and data analysis, a comprehensive investigation. The study found that the digital transformation has had a profound impact on the organizational structure of enterprises, and the traditional hierarchical organizational structure has been difficult to adapt to the rapidly changing market demand and technological development. Therefore, this study presents an organizational structure optimization model based on digital transformation that emphasizes the importance of cross-sectoral collaboration, information sharing and the ability to quickly respond quickly to market changes. Through the implementation of flat management, the establishment of project team, the introduction of agile development process and other measures, the innovation ability and market adaptability of enterprises can be significantly improved.
