摘 要
本研究旨在探讨口腔种植体周围炎的诊断与治疗进展。随着口腔种植技术的广泛应用，种植体周围炎成为了一个不可忽视的问题。种植体周围炎是指种植体周围组织发生的炎症反应，严重时可导致种植体松动甚至脱落，影响患者的口腔健康和生活质量。因此，及时准确的诊断和有效的治疗显得尤为重要。在诊断方面，除了传统的临床检查和影像学检查外，近年来还引入了分子生物学技术，如基因检测等，提高了诊断的敏感性和特异性。这些新技术能够更早地发现种植体周围的炎症反应，为早期治疗提供了可能。在治疗方面，传统的治疗方法包括药物治疗和手术治疗。药物治疗主要是通过抗生素控制感染，但长期使用抗生素可能导致耐药性的产生。手术治疗则包括清创、引流等，但创伤较大，恢复时间较长。

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of oral peri-implantitis. With the widespread application of oral implant techniques, peri-implantitis has become a problem that cannot be ignored. Peri-implantitis refers to the inflammatory reaction of the tissue around the implant, which can lead to loosening and even shedding of the implant in severe cases, affecting the oral health and quality of life of patients. Therefore, timely and accurate diagnosis and effective treatment are particularly important. In terms of diagnosis, in addition to the traditional clinical examination and imaging examination, molecular biology techniques, such as genetic testing, have been introduced in recent years, improving the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis. These new techniques are able to detect inflammatory responses around the implant earlier, offering the possibility of early treatment. In terms of treatment, the traditional treatment methods include medical treatment and surgical treatment. Drug treatment mainly controls the infection through antibiotics, but the long-term use of antibiotics may lead to the development of drug resistance. Surgical treatment includes debridement and drainage, but with greater trauma and long recovery time.
