核心素养背景下的小学德育创新策略研究

摘  要

在核心素养教育理念深入推进的背景下,小学德育工作面临新的机遇与挑战。本研究以核心素养为导向,采用文献研究、问卷调查和行动研究相结合的方法,对当前小学德育现状进行系统分析。研究发现,传统德育模式存在目标定位模糊、内容脱离实际、方法单一等问题,难以适应新时代学生发展的需求。基于此,本研究构建了"三维一体"的德育创新框架:在目标维度上,将核心素养与德育目标有机融合;在内容维度上,开发生活化、情境化的德育课程资源;在方法维度上,探索项目式学习、体验式教学等新型教学模式。

Abstract

Under the background of the further promotion of the core literacy education concept, the moral education work in primary schools is facing new opportunities and challenges. Based on core literacy, this study uses a combined method of literature research, questionnaire survey and action research to systematically analyze the current situation of moral education in primary schools. It is found that the traditional moral education model has problems such as fuzzy target positioning, content divorced from reality and single method, which is difficult to adapt to the needs of students' development in the new era. Based on this, this research constructs the moral education innovation fr amework of "three-dimensional integration": organically integrates the core literacy and moral education goal in goal dimension, develops life and situational moral education curriculum resources in content dimension, and explores new teaching modes such as project learning and experiential teaching.
