摘 要
在全球经济环境快速变革的背景下,中小企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,其创新能力的提升与核心竞争力的培育已成为学术界和实务界共同关注的焦点。本研究以我国中小企业为研究对象,采用文献研究、案例分析和实证调查相结合的方法,系统探讨了中小企业创新战略的选择路径及其对核心竞争力形成的影响机制。研究发现,中小企业的创新战略可分为技术创新、管理创新和市场创新三个维度,其中技术创新是核心竞争力形成的关键驱动因素。通过构建结构方程模型进行实证分析,证实了开放式创新模式对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,且组织学习能力在这一过程中发挥中介作用。研究进一步揭示了中小企业创新能力与资源禀赋之间的匹配关系,提出了"渐进式-突破式"双轨并行的创新战略实施路径。

Abstract
In the context of rapid changes in the global economic environment, as an important part of the national economy, the improvement of small and medium-sized enterprises' innovation ability and the cultivation of core competitiveness have become the focus of common attention of the academia and practical circles. In this study, the combination of literature research, case analysis and empirical investigation is used to systematically explore the selection path of sme innovation strategy and the influence mechanism on the formation of core competitiveness. It is found that the innovation strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises can be divided into three dimensions: technological innovation, management innovation and market innovation, among which technological innovation is the key driving factor for the formation of core competitiveness. Through empirical analysis by constructing a structural equation model, we confirm that the open innovation model has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance, and that organizational learning ability plays a intermediary role in this process. The research further reveals the matching relationship between the innovation ability and resource endowment of small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward the implementation path of "gradual-breakthrough" dual-track innovation strategy.
