智力障碍学生职业转衔支持体系构建

摘  要

本研究聚焦智力障碍学生从学校到就业的职业转衔过程,针对当前支持体系存在的碎片化、衔接不畅等问题,采用混合研究方法,通过问卷调查、深度访谈和案例研究,系统分析了智力障碍学生职业转衔的现状与需求。研究发现,现有支持体系在政策协同、资源整合和服务连续性等方面存在明显不足。基于此,本研究创新性地提出了"三位一体"的职业转衔支持体系框架,包括政策保障层、专业支持层和社会参与层三个维度。研究构建了以个性化转衔计划为核心的支持模式,设计了跨部门协作机制和评估指标体系,并通过实践验证了该体系的有效性。研究结果表明,该支持体系显著提升了智力障碍学生的就业准备度和就业质量,为完善特殊教育服务体系提供了理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract

Focusing on the career transfer process of students with intellectual disabilities from school to employment, this study adopts mixed research methods to systematically analyze the status quo and needs of career transfer of students with intellectual disabilities through questionnaires, in-depth interviews and case studies, aiming at the fragmentation and poor connection of the current support system. It is found that the existing support system has obvious deficiencies in policy coordination, resource integration and service continuity. Based on this, this research innovatively puts forward a "trinity" fr amework of career transfer support system, including three dimensions: policy guarantee layer, professional support layer and social participation layer. The support model with personalized transfer plan as the core was constructed, and the cross-department cooperation mechanism and evaluation index system were designed. The effectiveness of the system was verified by practice. The results show that the support system significantly improves the employment readiness and employment quality of students with intellectual disabilities, and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the special education service system.
