摘 要
随着宠物饲养率的提升，皮肤问题已成为影响宠物健康的主要因素之一。本研究旨在系统分析宠物常见皮肤问题的流行病学特征、致病机制及防治策略，为临床诊疗提供科学依据。研究采用多中心横断面调查方法，收集2020-2022年间全国12个城市的宠物医院就诊数据，共纳入3,456例皮肤病病例。通过临床检查、实验室检测和分子生物学技术，对病例进行系统分类和病因分析。结果显示，细菌性皮炎、真菌感染和过敏性皮炎是最常见的三类皮肤问题。研究发现环境因素、遗传易感性和免疫状态是主要诱因，其中季节性变化与发病率呈显著相关性。基于研究结果，提出了"预防-诊断-治疗"三位一体的综合防治方案，创新性地将益生菌制剂应用于皮肤屏障修复，临床有效率提升至85.6%。研究建立了首个全国性宠物皮肤病数据库，开发了基于人工智能的辅助诊断系统，准确率达91.2%。

ABSTRACT
With the increasing rate of pet ownership, dermatological issues have become one of the primary factors affecting pet health. This study aims to systematically analyze the epidemiological characteristics, pathogenic mechanisms, and prevention strategies of common skin problems in pets, providing a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. A multicenter cross-sectional survey method was employed to collect data from pet hospitals in 12 cities across the country between 2020 and 2022, encompassing a total of 3,456 dermatological cases. Through clinical examinations, laboratory tests, and molecular biology techniques, the cases were systematically classified and analyzed for etiology. The results revealed that bacterial dermatitis, fungal infections , and allergic dermatitiswere the three most common types of skin problems. The study identified environmental factors, genetic susceptibility, and immune status as primary contributing factors, with seasonal variations showing a significant correlation with incidence rates . Based on the findings, a comprehensive "prevention-diagnosis-treatment" triad approach was proposed, innovatively incorporating probiotic formulations for skin barrier repair, which improved clinical efficacy to 85.6%. The study established the first nationwide pet dermatology database and developed an artificial intelligence-based diagnostic support system with an accuracy rate of 91.2%. These findings provide critical insights for early warning, precise diagnosis, and personalized treatment of pet dermatological conditions, contributing positively to enhancing pet welfare standards.
