随着农业机械化的快速发展,农业生产效率显著提升,但农机作业过程中的能耗问题也日益凸显。高能耗不仅增加了农业生产成本,还对环境造成了负担。因此,开展农业机械化作业能耗监测与优化研究,对于实现农业绿色可持续发展具有重要意义。本研究对农业机械化作业能耗监测与优化进行了系统研究。首先,分析了农机作业能耗监测的主要技术手段,包括传感器技术、数据采集与处理技术等,并构建了能耗监测系统。其次,深入探讨了农机类型、土壤条件及操作方式对作业能耗的影响,明确了能耗优化的关键方向。在此基础上,提出了基于数据驱动的农机作业能耗优化模型,通过数据分析预测能耗趋势,指导能耗管理。同时,分析了农机装备改进对能耗优化的作用,并展望了智能化技术在农机节能中的应用前景。

MONITORING AND OPTIMIZATION OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN AGRICULTURAL MECHANIZATION OPERATION

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization, agricultural production efficiency has been significantly improved, but the energy consumption problem in the process of agricultural machinery operation is becoming increasingly prominent. High energy consumption not only increases the cost of agricultural production, but also causes a burden on the environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out the monitoring and optimization of agricultural mechanization operation to realize the green and sustainable development of agriculture. This study systematically studied the monitoring and optimization of agricultural mechanization operation. Firstly, the main technical means of energy consumption monitoring in agricultural machinery operation are analyzed, including sensor technology, data collection and processing technology, and the energy consumption monitoring system is constructed. Secondly, the influence of agricultural machinery type, soil condition and operation mode on operation energy consumption is deeply discussed, and the key direction of energy consumption optimization is defined. On this basis, a data-driven energy consumption optimization model is proposed to predict the energy consumption trend through data analysis and guide the energy consumption management. At the same time, the effect of agricultural machinery equipment improvement on energy consumption optimization is analyzed, and the application prospect of intelligent technology in agricultural machinery energy saving is discussed.
