Abstract
This article summarizes the definition, classification of food preservation technology and its development status at home and abroad, emphasizes the importance of food preservation technology in ensuring food safety, extending food shelf life and improving food quality, and discusses its key role in many application fields. The second chapter of the paper deeply analyzes the main problems of food preservation technology in practice, including the high technical cost, poor economic benefits, food safety and regulatory compliance challenges, and the balance between technology applicability and environmental impact. In view of these problems, the third chapter puts forward specific countermeasures, including reducing the technology cost through technological innovation and scale effect, strengthening the food safety management system to improve the standards, and developing the development of environmentally friendly preservation technology to optimize the technical applicability. The fourth chapter shows the role of technological progress and policy support in promoting the development of the industry, and prospects the market prospect and future development trend in the field of food preservation in China.
