摘 要
现代制造业的快速发展要求机械加工领域提高精度和效率,刀具磨损成为影响生产效率和加工质量的关键。刀具磨损不仅影响加工精度和表面质量,还影响生产成本和加工效率。因此,研究刀具磨损的机理、影响因素及减缓方法,对提升机械加工水平和降低成本至关重要。本研究分析了工件材料、切削参数、刀具材料与涂层、切削液使用等因素对刀具磨损的影响,并通过优化这些因素减缓刀具磨损。研究发现,合理选择工件材料、优化切削参数、采用高性能刀具材料和涂层技术,以及正确使用切削液,能显著降低刀具磨损速率,延长使用寿命。本研究为机械加工领域提供了有效减缓刀具磨损的方法,对提高加工精度、效率和降低成本具有重要价值。

STUDY ON THE WEAR PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF MACHINING CUTTING TOOLS
ABSTRACT
The rapid development of modern manufacturing industry requires the improvement of accuracy and efficiency in the field of mechanical processing, and tool wear becomes the key to affect the production efficiency and processing quality. Tool wear not only affects the machining accuracy and surface quality, but also affects the production cost and machining efficiency. Therefore, it is very important to study the mechanism, influencing factors and mitigation method of tool wear to improve the machining level and reduce the cost. This study analyzed the influence of workpiece materials, cutting parameters, tool materials and coating, and cutting fluid use on tool wear, and slowed down tool wear by optimizing these factors. It is found that reasonable selection of workpiece materials, optimization of cutting parameters, use of high-performance tool materials and coating technology, and correct use of cutting fluid can significantly reduce the tool wear rate and prolong the service life. This study provides effective tool wear in the field of machining, and has great value for improving machining accuracy, efficiency and reducing cost.
