本文深入剖析了中国古典小说的叙事结构与人物塑造艺术，旨在揭示其独特的文学魅力及对现代文学创作的启示。首先，通过顺时叙述与复调叙述、预设与预叙、循环往复与二元对称、缀段体与一线牵等叙事结构手法的分析，展现了中国古典小说在叙事上的精妙布局与丰富层次。随后，聚焦于人物塑造，探讨了外貌特征与性格刻画、细节描写与心理刻画、性格多样性与复杂性、以及社会环境描写与人物命运之间的紧密联系，揭示了古典小说在人物塑造上的深刻洞察与细腻表达。进而，本文探讨了古典小说叙事结构与人物塑造的现代意义。从社会环境对人物性格形成及命运转折的影响，到文化元素与价值观的传承与反思，再到心理认知的深化与拓展，以及审美体验的提升与丰富，本文揭示了古典小说对现代文学创作、文化理解、心理研究及审美体验的多重贡献。特别指出，古典小说的叙事技巧与人物塑造方法不仅丰富了文学创作的表现手法，还为现代社会文化的传承与反思提供了宝贵的资源，促进了心理认知的深化与审美体验的提升。

Abstract
This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the narrative structure and character creation art of Chinese classical novels in order to reveal their unique literary charm and enlightenment to modern literary creation. Firstly, through the analysis of narrative structure techniques such as chrononarrative and polyphonic narrative, presupposition and prenarration, cyclic and binary symmetry, piece-and-line, and so on, the exquisite layout and rich level of Chinese classical novels in narrative are demonstrated. Then, focusing on characterization, it discusses the close relationship between appearance and character characterization, detail desc ription and psychological characterization, character diversity and complexity, and social environment desc ription and character fate, revealing the profound insight and delicate ex pression of classical novels in characterization. Then, this paper discusses the modern significance of narrative structure and characterization in classical novels. From the influence of social environment on character formation and fate transition, to the inheritance and reflection of cultural elements and values, to the deepening and expanding of psychological cognition, and the enhancement and enrichment of aesthetic experience, this paper reveals the multiple contributions of classical novels to modern literary creation, cultural understanding, psychological research and aesthetic experience. In particular, it is pointed out that the narrative skills and characterization methods of classical novels not only enrich the ex pression techniques of literary creation, but also provide valuable resources for the inheritance and reflection of modern social culture, and promote the deepening of psychological cognition and the improvement of aesthetic experience.
