摘 要
家庭法庭作为专门处理家庭纠纷的司法机构，在解决子女抚养权案件中扮演着至关重要的角色。本文详细阐述了抚养权案件的处理流程，包括诉讼提起、立案、证据收集、听证会、调解以及判决的制定与宣布。在分析家庭法庭在子女抚养权案件中的作用时，文章强调了法庭审理的专业性和敏感性，调解与裁决的平衡，保护子女最佳利益的重要性，以及促进父母合作与沟通的必要性。此外，探讨了法庭面临的挑战，如资源不足、法律规范滞后、社会文化变迁和公众认知问题。针对这些挑战，文章提出了一系列优化法庭功能的策略。这包括加强法官与法庭工作人员的专业培训、完善司法程序与规范、强化跨部门合作，以及提升公众参与与监督。这些策略旨在提高法庭的效率和公正性，确保子女抚养权案件得到合理、公正的处理。通过这些措施，旨在促进家庭法庭功能的优化，为处理子女抚养权案件提供更加坚实的法律基础和支持。

Abstract
As a judicial institution specialized in handling family disputes, family courts play a crucial role in resolving cases of child custody. This article elaborates on the handling process of custody cases, including litigation initiation, filing, evidence collection, hearing, mediation, and the formulation and announcement of judgments. When analyzing the role of family courts in child custody cases, the article emphasizes the professionalism and sensitivity of court proceedings, the balance between mediation and adjudication, the importance of protecting the best interests of children, and the necessity of promoting parental cooperation and communication. In addition, the challenges faced by the court, such as insufficient resources, lagging legal norms, social and cultural changes, and public awareness issues, were discussed. In response to these challenges, the article proposes a series of strategies to optimize the functionality of the courtroom. This includes strengthening professional training for judges and court staff, improving judicial procedures and norms, enhancing cross departmental cooperation, and increasing public participation and supervision. These strategies aim to improve the efficiency and fairness of the court, ensuring that child custody cases are handled reasonably and fairly. Through these measures, the aim is to promote the optimization of the functions of family courts and provide a more solid legal foundation and support for handling child custody cases.
