摘 要
在数字化时代背景下,企业员工培训正面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。本研究概述了数字化技术的概念与发展,以及员工培训的理论框架,并深入分析了数字化对员工培训带来的影响与创新方向。通过对企业员工培训现状的详细分析,揭示了当前企业员工培训中存在的问题,如培训内容与方式的滞后、培训资源与平台的问题、效果与评估的不足以及培训文化与氛围的缺陷。针对这些问题,本研究提出了一系列创新策略。在培训内容与方式上,建议紧跟技术前沿,更新培训内容,同时多样化培训方式,增强互动性。在培训资源与平台上,主张整合优质资源,实现共享,并完善平台功能,提升用户体验。为了改进培训效果与评估,建议建立科学的评估机制,并强化评估结果的反馈与应用。在培训文化与氛围方面,提倡培育创新型的培训文化,并增强员工对数字化培训的认同感与参与度。通过这些创新策略的实施,企业可以更有效地应对数字化时代的挑战,提升员工培训的效果与质量,从而促进企业的持续发展与竞争力提升。

Research on innovation model and strategy of employee training under the digital background
Abstract
Under the background of digital age, employee training is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This study summarizes the concept and development of digital technology, as well as the theoretical fr amework of employee training, and deeply analyzes the impact of digitalization on employee training and the direction of innovation. Through the detailed analysis of the current situation of enterprise staff training, it reveals the existing problems in the current enterprise staff training, such as the lag of training content and methods, the problems of training resources and platforms, the deficiencies of effectiveness and evaluation, and the defects of training culture and atmosphere. In order to solve these problems, this study puts forward a series of innovative strategies. In terms of training content and methods, it is suggested to keep up with the forefront of technology, update training content, and diversify training methods to enhance interaction. In terms of training resources and platforms, we advocate the integration of high-quality resources to achieve sharing, and improve platform functions to enhance user experience. In order to improve the training effect and evaluation, it is suggested to establish a scientific evaluation mechanism and strengthen the feedback and application of evaluation results. In terms of training culture and atmosphere, we advocate the cultivation of innovative training culture, and enhance employees' sense of identity and participation in digital training. Through the implementation of these innovative strategies, enterprises can more effectively respond to the challenges of the digital age, improve the effectiveness and quality of staff training, and thus promote the sustainable development and competitiveness of enterprises.
