There are some problems and optimization strategies in the campus culture construction in rural primary schools
Abstract：This paper aims to explore the problems existing in the campus culture construction of rural primary schools and their optimization strategies. Through the definition of the concept of campus culture and connotation, and from the perspective of pedagogy, sociology, psychology of the campus culture construction theory basis, this paper thoroughly analyzes the rural primary school campus culture construction in promoting students' all-round development, create a good learning environment, inheriting excellent culture, enhance the important role of the school cohesion, etc. At the same time, this paper reveals the main problems in the concept and understanding of rural primary school campus culture, planning and implementation, and resource allocation and utilization, evaluation and feedback. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the optimization strategies such as strengthening ideas and understanding, improving planning and implementation, optimizing resource allocation and utilization, establishing evaluation and feedback mechanism, in order to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the practice of campus culture construction in rural primary schools.
