我国网络金融风险成因分析及防范对策 -经济学专业

摘要

随着互联网金融行业的快速发展，我国网络金融风险日益凸显。本文通过对相关概念的阐述，介绍了网络金融的定义、金融风险的概念和分类，以及网络金融风险的特殊性和挑战。在分析我国网络金融风险现状的基础上，详细探讨了我国网络金融风险的成因。其中，技术因素、法律与监管因素、信息安全因素和运营管理因素等对网络金融风险产生影响。最后，针对这些成因，提出了相应的防范对策，包括技术层面的防范措施、法律与监管层面的防范措施、信息安全层面的防范措施以及运营管理层面的防范措施。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the Internet finance industry, the risk of Internet finance in China has become increasingly prominent. Through the elaboration of related concepts, this paper introduces the definition of network finance, the concept and classification of financial risk, and the particularity and challenge of network financial risk. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of network financial risk in our country, this paper discusses the causes of network financial risk in detail. Among them, technical factors, legal and regulatory factors, information security factors and operational management factors have an impact on network financial risks. Finally, according to these causes, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, including technical measures, legal and regulatory measures, information security measures and operational management measures.
