骨折患者术后康复护理难点与对策研究

摘  要

本文综述了骨折手术相关概述及患者术后康复护理的重要性、难点与对策。首先，概述了骨折的定义、分类以及骨折手术后常见的并发症，如感染、血栓形成等。随后，强调了骨折患者术后康复护理在促进骨折愈合、预防并发症以及恢复关节功能方面的重要作用。然而，在实际护理过程中，面临着诸多难点，包括感染风险增加、药物副作用、深静脉血栓的形成以及患者锻炼依从性的降低等，这些问题严重影响着患者的康复进程。针对这些难点，本文提出了相应的护理对策，如严格无菌操作以降低感染风险，密切监测药物反应以减少副作用，避免下肢受压以预防深静脉血栓，以及制定个性化的康复计划来提高患者的锻炼依从性。通过这些对策的实施，旨在为骨折患者提供更加科学、有效的康复护理服务，加速其康复进程，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes an overview of fracture surgery and the importance, difficulties and countermeasures of postoperative rehabilitation care for patients. First, the definition, classification of fractures, as well as common complications after fracture surgery, such as infection, thrombosis, are outlined. Subsequently, the important role of postoperative rehabilitation care in promoting fracture healing, preventing complications, and restoring joint function was emphasized. However, in the actual nursing process, there are many difficulties, including the increased risk of infection, drug side effects, the formation of deep vein thrombosis and the reduction of patients' exercise compliance, which seriously affect the rehabilitation process of patients. To address these difficulties, this paper proposes corresponding nursing countermeasures, such as strict aseptic operation to reduce the risk of infection, close monitoring of drug response to reduce side effects, avoiding lower limb compression to prevent deep vein thrombosis, and developing personalized rehabilitation plans to improve patients' exercise compliance. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, it aims to provide more scientific and effective rehabilitation and nursing services for fracture patients, accelerate their rehabilitation process, and improve the quality of life.
