烧伤患者创面愈合影响因素及护理干预研究

摘  要

本文综述了烧伤患者创面愈合的相关理论与实践策略。首先概述了创面愈合的定义、特点及分子机制，指出其是一个多阶段、存在个体差异性的生物学过程，涉及复杂的分子调控网络。进一步探讨了创面愈合对烧伤患者生活质量的影响，包括疼痛缓解、运动及感觉功能的恢复，强调了创面愈合对患者全面康复的重要性。随后，分析了影响烧伤患者创面愈合的多种因素，如全身状况、创面感染、心理压力及感染风险，这些因素相互作用，共同影响创面愈合的进程。在此基础上，本文详细阐述了烧伤患者创面护理干预策略，包括生命体征监测、创面清洁、心理支持及保持衣物清洁等措施，旨在通过科学合理的护理干预，加速创面愈合，减少并发症，提升患者的生活质量。本研究成果为烧伤患者的创面治疗与护理提供了理论依据和实践指导，对于推动烧伤医学领域的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

This review summarizes the relevant theories and practical strategies for wound healing in burn patients. Firstly, we summarizes the definition, characteristics and molecular mechanism of wound healing, and points out that it is a multi-stage biological process with individual differences, involving a complex molecular regulatory network. We further explored the effect of wound healing on the quality of life of burn patients, including pain relief and recovery of motor and sensory function, emphasizing the importance of wound healing for the overall rehabilitation of patients. Subsequently, multiple factors affecting wound healing in burn patients, such as systemic condition, wound infection, psychological stress and infection risk, interact with each other to influence the progress of wound healing. On this basis, this paper elaborated the wound nursing intervention strategies of burn patients, including vital signs monitoring, wound cleaning, psychological support and keeping clothes clean, aiming to accelerate wound healing, reduce complications and improve the quality of life of patients through scientific and reasonable nursing intervention. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the wound treatment and nursing of burn patients, which is of great significance for promoting the development of burn medicine field.
