本文旨在探讨新手型小学教师家校沟通能力的提升策略,以应对当前教育实践中家校沟通存在的挑战。首先,从家校沟通的基本定义出发,明确了家校沟通在现代教育中的重要作用,为后续研究奠定了理论基础。接着,分析了影响家校沟通效果的多方面因素,包括教师个人因素、家庭环境因素、学校支持因素以及社会文化因素等,为制定提升策略提供了现实依据。在此基础上,本文提出了新手型小学教师家校沟通能力的提升策略,包括强化沟通意识与责任感、提升沟通技巧与策略、加强专业知识与素养以及寻求外部支持与资源等方面。这些策略的实施,将有助于新手型小学教师更好地掌握家校沟通的技巧与方法,提高沟通效率与质量,进而促进家校合作的深入开展和教育质量的全面提升。

Improving the communication ability of novice primary school teachers
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the strategies for improving the home-school communication skills of novice primary school teachers to address the challenges of home-school communication in current educational practice. First of all, starting from the basic definition of home-school communication, clarifying the important role of home-school communication in modern education, and laying a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. Then, the paper analyzes many factors affecting the effect of home-school communication, including teachers' personal factors, family environment factors, school support factors and social and cultural factors, which provides a practical basis for the formulation of improvement strategies. On this basis, this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the communication skills of novice primary school teachers, including strengthening communication awareness and responsibility, improving communication skills and strategies, strengthening professional knowledge and literacy, and seeking external support and resources. The implementation of these strategies will help novice primary school teachers to better master the skills and methods of home-school communication, improve the efficiency and quality of communication, and then promote the in-depth development of home-school cooperation and the overall improvement of education quality.
